"I heard on NPR during my commute home about how skinheads were planning on taking out Obama. It wasn't unexpected but did help me realize that as Obama represents promise for some, still others view him as a significant threat and even a means to galvanize peoples racist beliefs that white people are losing control of power. I had to ask why that was such a bad thing.
